An FRP is a herbal product that is ready to market with complete legal compliance: manufactured under CPOTB, holding a BPOM distribution permit (SIE), halal certified, and supplied with packaging, labeling and marketing support tools.
With IP Rental, you receive the right to use the product's intellectual property (brand, formula, design, marketplace and social media accounts, landing page) under an agreement. With IP Purchase, you receive full ownership rights, including the distribution permit rights, registered trademark rights and the right to manufacture elsewhere.
Yes, through our Custom IP scheme. The terms are negotiated to suit your needs and budget.
